RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase from Rustic Roots Creations! Please review our policy before placing your order.
RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery or local pickup. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
To request a return, please contact Rustic Roots Creations with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
FINAL-SALE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:
• Personalized or customized items
• Made-to-order items
• Mystery shirts or mystery products
• Clearance or final-sale merchandise
• Items that have been worn, washed or used
• Items damaged through improper care
• Gift cards
Please carefully review all sizes, colors, personalization details and shipping information before submitting your order.
EXCHANGES
Eligible non-custom items may be exchanged for a different size, depending on availability. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with an exchange. If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
If Rustic Roots Creations made an error, we will make it right by offering a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Small variations in color, placement or appearance may occur because our products are handmade. These minor variations are not considered defects.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Because many products are made to order, we cannot guarantee a cancellation if production has already begun.
Personalized orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error.
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping approved returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Rustic Roots Creations is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS
The same return and exchange requirements apply to local pickup orders. The 14-day return period begins on the date the customer is notified that the order is ready for pickup.
